TRISULA MUDRA:
The trisula mudra represents “trinity” of Hindu Gods. They are Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Trisula also refers to weapon of Goddess Shakti.
TECHNIQUE:
- Raise your hand.
- Fold your little finger by your thumb.
- Straighten the other 3 fingers now (i.e.) ring, middle and index finger (refer picture).
- This is Trisula mudra.
