Do not be bothered about how to do meditation since you get disturbed in
both thoughts and deeds.
Just close your eyes, concentrate on the
center of eyebrows if possible, think of your favorite God, repeat his
mantra 12 times and go up to 108 times twice daily, if not, at least
once daily.
Your body and mind will come to control automatically.
Even if the senses go out, just do sit and meditate for at least 10
minutes regularly.
This will give you strength to do your daily jobs
properly.
Meditation practice has great transforming powers on the
individual.
