KARKADAGA MUDRA: 

                  “Karkadaga” means “crab.”  As a crab leads a safe life, the man who practises this mudra will lead a safe and peaceful life.

TECHNIQUE:

  1. Keep the hands together.
  2. Lock one arm into another as given in the picture.
  3. The fingers should be straight.
